ilife 09 is proper turd-nip !!!
ReplyDeleteis there a calendar capability in iphoto?
ReplyDeleteAbout the calendar: iPhoto keeps track of and organizes your pictures by when all they were added to the library. A new feature with iPhoto '09 is that it can tell the date that a picture was taken on an iPhone by using the built-in calendar. An iPhoto can also tell you where a picture was taken now if you are using an iPhone or other camera with a GPS.
ReplyDeleteFor everyone that is leaving a comment, select "Name/URL" under "Comment as". I have found that it is the easiest way to comment where people know who you are. Feel free to ask an questions.
thank you for that comment on calendar. One thing that I couldn't find in iphot 08, and it looks like its missing in 09 was a simple calendar where I could pick a day and it would filter all the photos to just those taken on that date or similarly I could select several days/weeks/months and it will show just those photos...I know I can use a smart folder but that is a very painful and poor substitute.
ReplyDeleteThe face recognition is almost enough to upgrade, but I really was hoping for the calendar.
